Still stuck at 205. Good gym day that started too early (Sunday hours--probably not a good diet day, may come in higher tomorrow.

205........but this includes new body fat. Definitely have to get back in the groove. Gym, good diet day.

Still 205..........no gym, plenty of BM, finally, but got hungry, perhaps due to supplement intake. Probable a break even day.

207.......followed by another screwed up day. Trip to hospital, no exercise, 2 hr. afternoon nap, renewed appetite.

207............then at night Theresa to St. Lukes, followed by a weird day that probably didn't contribute to the diet effort.

207..........followed by a so-so day, with lots of coffee, some crackers, and a trip to the gym.

Day 12
207.......and probably a neutral day today. Up in the morning, no nap, lots of coffee but 3 meals, and a gym trip.

206.........but not a good followup day. Gym closed for painting, no exercise at home despite eating early thinking gym was open, then eating so as not to be hungry with Theresa, then some calories to get through the rest of the day (candy bar included, for 600 cal). All in all, a day to recover from.
