Still stuck at 205. Good gym day that started too early (Sunday hours--probably not a good diet day, may come in higher tomorrow.

Still 205..........no gym, plenty of BM, finally, but got hungry, perhaps due to supplement intake. Probable a break even day.

Back to 205..........good diet day, no BM, went to gym, gave Theresa a massage.

203.5........gym day, but rice in the afternoon. Will the weight continue to fall ??

205.........Looks good, but keeping it at this level will be tough. No gym, good diet day.

207........but the trend is down. Good diet day, made it to the gym.

Still 207...........long day, plumber, pick up Theresa from hosp, shopping, no exercise.

207.......followed by another screwed up day. Trip to hospital, no exercise, 2 hr. afternoon nap, renewed appetite.

Day 14

207............then at night Theresa to St. Lukes, followed by a weird day that probably didn't contribute to the diet effort.

Day 13

207..........followed by a so-so day, with lots of coffee, some crackers, and a trip to the gym.

Day 12

207.......and probably a neutral day today. Up in the morning, no nap, lots of coffee but 3 meals, and a gym trip.

Day 11

206.........but not a good followup day. Gym closed for painting, no exercise at home despite eating early thinking gym was open, then eating so as not to be hungry with Theresa, then some calories to get through the rest of the day (candy bar included, for 600 cal). All in all, a day to recover from.

206.5...........followed by a good diet day, no gym.

208.......207........how much longer can the streak continue? Gym closed for 2 days today and Sat.

208.5........good pee after staying in bed till 10:30.

Now, a good day is a must.
