Weighed 215 this morning. Thanks to a long AM second sleep period, and a good day yesterday with peanut butter snacks, 4 cups of coffee, and carrots for the evening appetite killer. This puts me at my previous high point, weight-wise.
So, after 1 coffee followed later by rice, I had a complete candy bar (600 Calories) while shopping, followed by free coffee from Nice and Easy. But, I didn't get a muffin with it, and have been fairly motivated the rest of the afternoon not to compound the error of the candy bar.
Still, it depends on the rest of the day......
